This complex project has evolved over a number of months. It began in a found textile weaving workshop and over time has become a kind of sampler, where I work without preconception or expectation, and every design choice is a discovery that informs the next material element. The multiple layers make it appear as if the piece was cut directly from an ancient mossy stone wall.
