Assignment: Create a thematic set of images that look like stills from a theatrical setting, through the use of models, props and collage

I find things like dioramas, or theater sets, or those fake settings you find in theme parks wonderfully delightful. There’s a feeling of joy and safety in something so clearly unreal. 

For this image, I wanted to set this mythological character within a physical environment that evoked its season. Working in a diorama is a different form of drawing, something that resembles illustration but where you can explore positioning various objects in a limited three-dimensional space.
